Anna is a self taught, experimental, intuitive artist, furniture upcycler and muralist. She loves to create colourful mixed media paintings using recycled materials often painting on less conventional surfaces such as pallets and reclaimed wood. Much of her inspiration comes from the natural world and often includes themes inspired by her time spent outdoors and forest bathing.
As a mindfulness coach Anna really values the benefits of regularly practicing creativity. When she paints she becomes totally immersed in the process of creating which has a calming meditative effect on her mood. It is Anna's hope that her abstract artworks bring peace and balance into the homes of the walls they adorn.
Anna is a passionate advocate for social prescribing and has set up a number of therapeutic art groups locally to support adults. She also leads retreats and is a forest bathing guide, combining her love of the natural world with creativity through land art and photography.
